i-Fix Patient-specific implant solution
PSI Series
Patient-specific biomechanical implant solutions developed from individual anatomy and treatment requirements — engineered to integrate, endure and perform.
Catalog specification: PSI is not a fixed-dimension line. Each case is engineered from the patient’s own anatomy and restorative plan, so geometry, connection and prosthetic interface are defined per case rather than picked from a matrix.

Prosthetic components.
Case planning, patient-specific design and matching restorative planning are defined for each case.
03 Design specification

Algorithm-driven design and validation
Biomechanically optimized, biologically respectful structures
Advanced surface engineering and coatings
04 Capabilities
Capabilities.
Case planning
CBCT and scan data are reviewed against the treatment plan before any design work begins — the implant is designed around the case, not fitted to a fixed catalog size.
Anatomy-led digital design
Implant geometry, thread pattern and load path are modelled from the patient's own bone volume and density, not a standard diameter/length matrix.
Advanced computational design & validation
An integrated digital ecosystem combining parametric and generative modelling, finite element analysis, lattice and porous structure generation and medical imaging — every implant undergoes mandatory virtual biomechanical validation (physiological and parafunctional loads, fatigue resistance, stress distribution) before manufacturing.
Topology optimization for biological harmony
Extensive topology optimization minimizes material excess while preserving structural integrity — reducing stiffness mismatch and stress shielding, supporting natural load transfer and healthy peri-implant bone remodelling.
Surface engineering & functional coatings
Multi-stage surface treatment — region-specific roughness control, micro- and nano-topographical modulation and cubic boron nitride (cBN) coatings — for surface hardness, wear resistance, chemical stability and cellular adhesion.
In-house manufacturing
Machined, cleaned, inspected and documented inside the same Kamal Medtech facility as the rest of the i-Fix portfolio — no outsourced production step; design rationale and quality sign-off are compiled per case.
05 Prosthetic platforms
Restorative interfaces.
PSI Series frames are built against one of these interfaces, fixed with the case plan before design work begins.

09 Frequently asked
Before you order PSI Series.
Every PSI implant is designed and manufactured to the individual patient’s anatomy and treatment plan — there is no fixed size matrix.
This line is made to each case rather than placed from a fixed drilling sequence — the Capabilities section above sets out the workflow.
Component compatibility is defined per case — check the Restorative workflow section above or contact the product team.
