What to send
The indication, the bone volume available and the platform you restore on. A radiograph helps, but those three facts are enough to start.
What comes back
A series, a diameter and a length, with the drilling sequence published for that system and the codes for the components that sit above it.
Who answers
The engineers who hold the drawing for the part, working from the same catalog and IFU revision that ships inside the box.

The protocols published on the Surgical Protocols page cover the series listed there. If the series you are placing is not among them, ask and the matched sequence is sent back.
Not at present. Orders go through clinical and distribution partners rather than direct or online purchase, so the Distributors page is the quickest route to stock in your region.
