Unzip it anywhere. Only the folders under EXOCAD/ are copied into the exocad library path — the rest stays where you unpacked it.

Copy the implant libraries
Copy the folders inside EXOCAD/Implant/ into:
C:\DentalCADDB\DentalCADApp\library\implant 3
Copy the model creator libraries
Optional — copy EXOCAD/modelcreator/ folders into:
C:\DentalCADDB\DentalCADApp\library\modelcreator\implant 4
Restart exocad
Relaunch exocad DentalCAD to load the newly added libraries.
